Skip Hop:

Skip Hop was founded in 2003 by Ellen and Michael Diamant, two new parents residing in New York City. I have boy/girl twins and this bag is perfect! It fits great on our tandem stroller (the pictures advertise it w/a side-by-side stroller), so I was glad it worked with our tandem. Plenty of room and the color works for both.Buying off the internet can be a gamble, since you can not look at the item in person, and this one paid off. Loved it the first day of use.
