I have used this bag on every outing since the baby was born and I love the way that it looks like a beautiful bag than a diaper bag. It has great construction with lots of useful interior and exterior pockets which I pack so it can get pretty heavy. Although I appreciate the bottom storage for the changing pad and accessories, it isn't easy to access so I use the bottom compartment for dirty clothes, burp clothes, etc. instead. Because of this I am only rating it 3 stars because it really should not be used as an "everyday" diaper bag. It's a great "fashion" bag that happens to be a diaper bag.
